Meet our Head of Talent Acquisition - Kully Kahlon

With almost 20 years within Financial Services, Kully began with Adams and Oliver over three years ago. 

As A+O’s Head of Talent Acquisition she is passionate about people, building progressive relationships and understanding the needs of the business.

As someone with an eye for exceptional talent Kully oversees bringing new talent into A+O. She works with Client Directors on New Business Development, including sourcing tools to help with this process.
